1. All donations will be carefully screened
Our on-site intake staff will have final discretion of donation items. Even if your donation has been approved by email, our intake team may reject your donation if it is smelly, broke, or misrepresented via images (e.g unusable condition, messiness, etc).
2. Always check in your donation with our on-site staff
You must check-in your donation with our onsite intake staff.Do not leave your donation without checking in. Please be patient if they are not available right away. Dumping is illegal.
3. Please keep it nice and neat
To help our intake team do their best job, we ask that you organize your items. Donations should be itemized by our acceptable categories. Messy donations will be rejected.
