San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office

The San Mateo County Sheriff's Office serves the County of San Mateo. They accept medications in any dosage in their original container or sealed bag. Items NOT accepted: herbal remedies, vitamins, supplements, cosmetics, other personal care products, compressed cylinders, aerosols, medical devices, sharps, illicit drugs, and iodine-containing medications. Accepts over-the-counter and prescription medication for drop-off. Drop off located on 3rd floor on the building. Place pills/capsules into a plastic bag and leave liquid medication in its original container.
